Local financial company faces prosecution for Nashville stock fraud

The Nashville City Paper reported that a local financial company could face prosecution for involvement in Nashville stock fraud.
Some of the people involved in the Tennessee stock fraud scandel are being accused of selling unregistered securities and of engaging in fraudulent conduct by selling millions of dollars of company stock to investors.
There have been discussions of settlements between the Commission staff and company staff regarding the Nashville stock fraud.
