According to Tennessean.com, a tractor trailer carrying paper overturned on Interstate 440, spilling two large rolls of paper onto Interstate 40 in the Nashville truck accident.
The driver of the tractor trailer was taken from the scene to receive treatment following the Nashville truck accident.
