Attorneys
The Attorneys we seek must have the proven ability to be productive team players in a fast-paced environment while providing service in a professional and ethical manner. Qualifications include: admittance to the KY or TN Bar and notable experience in handling personal injury cases. Skill requirements include the ability to provide excellent client service, effective negotiation skills, professional communication skills and positive interpersonal skills.
Legal Assistants
Our Legal Assistants are proactive team players who provide exceptional service to our personal injury clients and to our attorneys. Duties include frequent contact with clients, medical providers, and insurance carriers as well as data entry and preparation of correspondence and demand packages. Preferred candidates will be highly organized, efficient, and productive in a fast-paced environment and will maintain the ability to multitask and prioritize. Insurance, medical and/or legal experience is a plus. Professional communication skills, a strong background in customer service experience and proficient computer skills are also required.
