The Kids Are Special Program was founded by Partners J. Marshall Hughes and Lee Coleman. This program is designed to provide a safe and secure environment for the children in our community.

This program provides bicycle education, certified bike helmets and FREE identification kits.  These items can be picked up at any office locations or can be found at various planned community events.  

At Hughes & Coleman we want to help parents keep their children safe. Please take advantage of the services that the Kids Are Special Program provides; educational material on bicycle safety, bike helmets and FREE child identification kits.

Certified Bicycle Helmets Only $5.00

It is our mission here at Hughes & Coleman to help accident victims and help keep the community safe. Through our Kids Are Special Program we are able to offer certified bike helmets for only $5.00, which is much cheaper than the retail cost of $15-$20.   

If you would like to purchase a helmet for your child, print out this coupon and bring it in the one of the 8 locations we have in Kentucky and Tennessee. Our team will fit your child for their helmet on-site and educate you and your child on bicycle safety.
