Kids Are Special

Representing the Injured in Kentucky and Tennessee

Kids are Special is a privately funded service devoted to this effort. We offer certified bicycle helmets and free child ID kits for your children at planned events throughout our community.

The ultimate goal of any parent is to provide a good home and a safe environment for their kids. At Hughes & Coleman, we want to do our part to help parents with that goal. Safety Awareness Day

As part of our Kids Are Special Program, Hughes and Coleman has created an annual Safety Awareness Day. This year the event will take place on June 6 from 12-4pm. The afternoon will be full of free food, fun and games centered around child safety. The event is FREE and open to the public.

Scheduled to attend are Big Red, the Department of Transportation Crash Dummies, Jeremy Black Tae Kwon Do, Hope Harbor, the Humane Society, and others. A fire truck, ambulance, BGMU’s Voltage Village, moon bounce, and more will be set up at the event as well.

Hughes & Coleman feels child safety is extremely important which is why we have dedicated an entire afternoon to this fun filled informational event. We will be giving away safety information, performing free helmet fittings, providing FREE child ID kits, and selling our certified bicycle helmets for $5.
