Just hours before Hughes & Coleman and their co-counsel reached a confidential settlement for an abuse victim at a Kentucky nursing home facility, an announcement from the U.S. Attorney’s Office confirmed that the office filed a civil lawsuit against a Northern Kentucky nursing home, which stemmed from a number of deaths and injuries reported at the home.

Hughes & Coleman enjoyed a great day at the ballpark on Sunday, July 31, with another successful community FUNdraiser, Feeding America®. As the Bowling Green Hot Rods took on the Dayton Dragons, fans stopped by the Hughes & Coleman tent to donate non-perishable food items for Feeding America. Anyone who donated received free tickets to an upcoming Hot Rods game. Kids were also treated to a fun afternoon, enjoying several ballpark activities and Hot Rods prizes. The first 100 people to donate five non-perishable food items will receive tickets to see the Ringling Brothers Barnum and Bailey Circus, which will be in Bowling Green from March 25 through 27.
We joined The Beaver 96.7 during its 19th Annual St. Jude Radiothon on January 27 and 28 to help raise funds for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. This year, the event raised $82,271, bringing the total amount raised since 1992 to more than $1,695,000. Click here to read more.

Nutritious, easy-to-prepare foods are sent home in a child’s backpack at the end of each week to ensure they have something to eat until they return for breakfast on Monday morning.
