How Can We Help?

Kevin A. Osborne

"It is my privilege and duty to fight relentlessly on behalf of my clients to achieve the best result possible. There is no greater joy than helping a client triumph over injustice and rebuild from the turmoil caused by another’s unacceptable behavior."
The son of two career educators, Kevin has always had a passion for helping others. This passion fuels him daily as he strives relentlessly to achieve justice for his clients.

Born and raised in eastern Kentucky, Kevin graduated from Paintsville High School before attending Georgetown College in Kentucky.  While attending Georgetown College, Kevin was a member of student government and was elected president of the Interfraternity Council.  Following undergraduate school, Kevin attended Salmon P. Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University and graduated in 2014.

Kevin began his legal career at a prominent eastern Kentucky law firm focusing on governmental defense, education law and corporate defense.   Kevin was a member of the Kentucky Defense Counsel and served as a member of the Young Lawyers Section Committee.   The passion that Kevin’s parents had serving as career educators eventually inspired him to accept a position with the Kentucky Education and Workforce Development Cabinet.   In this role, Kevin provided legal guidance to numerous public agencies and participated in the advancement of numerous projects aimed at helping all Kentuckians achieve success.

Kevin’s relentless devotion to zealous advocacy is an excellent addition to the Hughes & Coleman mix. Kevin focuses 100% of his practice to effectively representing victims of corporate misconduct in the setting of nursing home abuse and neglect,  financial exploitation of the elderly in nursing homes, medical negligence, hospital negligence and catastrophic personal injury.  He is committed to fighting on behalf of his clients to achieve the results they deserve.

Outside of his practice,  Kevin enjoys spending time with his wife in Lexington.  He is a member of the American Association for Justice, the Kentucky Justice Association and the Fayette County Bar Association.   Kevin is an active member of the Lexington community and his church.
