How Can We Help?

Tina Silva-Briley

“I have always been an independent, strong person with a voice for myself and others, when necessary. I can now use my strength and voice to fight for and advocate on behalf of my deserving clients in an effort to make a difference not only in in their lives, but mine, as well.”

Law isn’t just about passion, it’s about action. When the two join forces, it’s a beautiful moment, and Tina lives for those moments.

Tina attended undergraduate studies at Middle Tennessee State University and always had an interest in the practice of law. During undergraduate studies, she worked in the legal field as a Paralegal in the corporate legal segment. Following graduation, Tina subsequently worked for several years in corporate risk management where she helped manage the defense of complex claims and litigation cases. It was during her employment as a corporate risk management professional that she decided to pursue her law degree. While working full-time, she attended law school in the evenings at Nashville School of Law.

Tina gained invaluable experience  while working as a corporate risk management professional defending complex and high exposure personal injury cases related to general liability, premises liability, and products liability cases. This gives her a unique perspective, which she will now utilize as a plaintiff attorney with Hughes & Coleman to fight the large corporations and insurance companies on behalf of her clients.

Born and raised in the Middle Tennessee area, Tina enjoys outdoor activities, sports, traveling, and spending time with her husband and two cats.
