How Can We Help?

Wesley Vernon Milliken

“For over 25 years I have been a zealous advocate for those needing my legal representation. I consider it an honor and privilege to be an attorney for those who need it most. I understand the difficulties that come with being injured, and I pledge to help all my clients navigate the legal process and achieve the best possible result under the facts of their case.”
Wes always knew he wanted to be an attorney from the times his father would take him to court to watch the proceedings as a child. Even at that age, Wes understood that there was important business happening there, and he wanted to be part of it. Wes comes from a long line of attorneys in his family and loves the art of practicing law and helping those who need a strong attorney to stand up for them.

Wes was born in Bowling Green, Kentucky, but spent much of his formative years in Louisville. After graduating from Eastern High School, Wes attended Centre College, where he lettered in football and majored in government with a double minor in religion and cultural anthropology.

Upon obtaining his bachelors degree from Centre, Wes attended Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University, where he participated in Moot Court, was on the Law Review, and graduated in the top of his class. He then returned to Bowling Green to practice in a family firm with his father.

For the last 25-plus years, Wes has represented thousands of clients in a variety of matters. He has focused primarily on both civil and criminal litigation and has successfully tried multiple cases in many venues across the Commonwealth. Wes is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Western District of Kentucky, the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. Additionally, Wes has successfully argued cases before the Supreme Court of Kentucky. Wes is eager to put his experience to work for you.

Wes is married with three wonderful daughters. He enjoys his spare time on his small farm on the Barren River outside Bowling Green.
