Hayley Vos

Hayley Vos is a personal injury attorney at Hughes & Coleman Injury Lawyers in Nashville, Tennessee. After spending nearly eight years practicing insurance defense and general defense, Hayley found herself connecting with the people on the other side of those cases, the individuals who had been harmed. As someone who has always wanted to help others through difficult situations, she knew she wanted to use her experience to fight for injured people.

Her decision to practice personal injury law is also personal. Hayley has had relatives who were harmed by the negligence of others, and she saw firsthand how their attorneys helped guide both them and their family through the experience. That inspired her to provide the same kind of support to others facing difficult circumstances.

Hayley brings nearly eight years of defense experience to her work on behalf of injured clients. Having tried several cases on the defense side, she understands how insurance companies and their attorneys evaluate claims and build their strategies. Today, she uses that perspective to fight for her clients.

For Hayley, communication and compassion are central to the attorney-client relationship. She makes sure her clients know they are a priority and keeps them informed every step of the way. By reaching out often, listening with intent, and leading with compassion, Hayley works to ensure her clients feel supported throughout their case.

Her personal philosophy is simple: lead with empathy, work hard, and make a difference whenever you can.

Hayley earned her bachelor’s degree in Business with a minor in Music Business from Belmont University in 2015. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor from Belmont University College of Law in 2018 and was admitted to practice law in Tennessee that same year.

Outside of her legal practice, Hayley enjoys spending time with her two children, Ryan and Madelynn. Some of their favorite activities include swimming, building Legos, and playing outside. She is also a huge Chicago Bears fan and enjoys traveling to new places, cooking, artwork, and the holidays, especially decorating for Christmas. Above all, she enjoys spending time with her family.
