How Can We Help?

BENJAMIN WILLIS COLEMAN

“I greatly enjoy helping people. When my clients are injured, they need someone who can guide them through a process that strains them physically, financially and emotionally. Experiencing the gratitude of my clients after successfully navigating them through this difficult process is why I do what I do.”

Growing up and seeing the hard work and dedication his father put into developing an extremely successful business with a focus of helping people and doing things the right way inspired Benjamin to pursue a career in law. Working with his younger brother is also an experience that he cherishes greatly. Being able to see their passion first hand and working side by side with them is the highlight of Benjamin’s career.

Benjamin has always had an interest in helping others. In high school he tutored children in math at the Boys and Girls Club. From there he learned the great sense of accomplishment and purpose from helping others. In pursuit of his passions, he attended Western Kentucky University achieving a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Economics. Following his undergraduate studies, he moved to Lexington with his wife and children to attend law school at the University of Kentucky.

At Hughes & Coleman, Benjamin utilizes his desire for helping others to fight for the results his clients need. He understands that when someone is injured due to the negligence of another, their life can be turned upside down. Day in and day out, he maintains excitement for his future as an attorney and his ability to serve his community alongside the rest of his Hughes & Coleman family.

Outside of advocating for our clients, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Allison, and their three boys. He finds great joy participating and supporting the interests of his sons, including keyboard construction, Rubik’s cube strategy, dice stacking, clay sculpting, origami and more. He personally enjoys hiking and camping (particularly in Red River Gorge, especially when Miguel’s Pizza is open), playing guitar and dabbling in amateur carpentry.
