“My clients may rest assured that my representation will be relentless and unwavering. I will never be outworked, out-prepared, or out-fought. They deserve nothing less.”
free case consultationKatelyn grew up in Crossville, Tennessee. After high school, she began her studies at Asheville-Buncombe Technical College, where she made the Dean’s List in 2016-2017. She went on to study History and graduate summa cum laude from the University of North Carolina at Ashville, where she was named to the Dean’s List three years in a row (2017-2019). During her time at UNC Asheville, she received the History Department’s highest honor, the Greenawalt/Ready Award for Outstanding Senior Thesis in History.
Katelyn interned with the District Attorney’s Office in her hometown, where she worked closely with prosecution on cases that centered around finding justice for victims of crime. During her internship, she saw firsthand the difference she could make in victims lives when she stands firmly by their side. That experience deepened her commitment to advocacy and taught her the importance of standing up for those whose lives have been changed by the negligent and wrongful acts of others.
Katelyn’s passion for helping people rebuild after loss naturally led to her career as a personal injury lawyer in Tennessee. She doesn’t see clients as files or numbers; she sees them as people whose lives have been changed and who deserve a voice, because real advocacy means standing beside people when they’re at their most vulnerable.
For Katelyn, each case is an opportunity to seek justice while helping clients take the next step toward being made whole, both financially and personally. Her approach to personal injury law is hard work and a relentless work ethic as well as a dedication to her clients. She likes to say, “I will never be outworked when it comes to fighting for justice on behalf of my clients.” Her empathy and determination support her drive to find justice for victims of personal injury.
When she’s not in the office, you can find Katelyn hanging out with her Mini Aussi-Doodle, Willow, and having scary movie nights with her four nieces and two nephews. She loves vacationing with family and wants to attend the state fair in all 50 states, specifically to try as much fair food as possible.
