“Be sure to put your feet in the right place, then stand firm.”
free case consultationKenneth Cooper grew up in Grenada, Mississippi. He witnessed the importance of personal injury law at a young age, as his older brother was born with a birth defect that required over 20 surgeries to correct. Not only was this experience traumatic for the family, but product liability laws at the time were also minimal, and Kenneth’s parents were unable to receive compensation from the drug manufacturer that likely caused the birth injury.
After high school, he attended the University of Mississippi, where he earned his BA in History and Political Science. He then went on to stay at Ole Miss where he pursued his Juris Doctor at the University of Mississippi School of Law. Although Kenneth didn’t become a personal injury attorney immediately after law school, he learned a lot about how large corporations work.
It was when he took on a large discrimination suit against one of the world’s largest pharmaceutical companies that he learned the most important work he could do with his law degree was to fight for justice for those who were wronged by large and powerful corporations.
Kenneth soon realized that his calling was to help accident victims find peace of mind, knowing someone is protecting their rights and fighting for them. He approaches personal injury law with empathy, and he aims to keep his clients informed on the legal process while listening to their stories carefully. His years of experience as a defense attorney give Kenneth a unique perspective in that he understands the strategies, tactics, and insights of the insurance industry when they deal with personal injury claims.
As a Nashville personal injury lawyer, Kenneth is diligent, patient, and strives to help his clients put their lives back on the right track after the unthinkable occurs. He’s dedicated to using his decades of experience, litigating hundreds of cases, to fight for the highest compensation available for each of his clients. He has recovered tens of millions of dollars for accident victims since he became a personal injury lawyer.
Kenneth strives to be a leader, and for him, a leader has the confidence to stand alone, the courage to make tough decisions, and the compassion to listen to the needs of others. This drives his tenacity and dedication to each client.
When he’s not fighting for his clients’ rights, Kenneth spends time volunteering at Christ Methodist Church. He’s also dedicated his time to MIFA, Memphis Food Bank, the Boys and Girls Clubs of Memphis, Carnival Memphis, and Carnival Memphis Children’s Charities.
You can spot Kenneth rooting for Ole Miss Rebels on his days off, and he enjoys spending time with his wife, Holly, his two college-aged children, and his 3-year-old Goldendoodle, Scout. Kenneth also enjoys traveling and is especially fond of the food scene in New Orleans and boating on Lake Ouachita in Arkansas.
