Rachel grew up in King George, Virginia, where her parents instilled in her the core values of always doing what is right, even when it’s difficult. Her career as a Lexington personal injury lawyer has been the embodiment of fighting for what is right.
After high school, Rachel attended Eastern Kentucky University, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with minors in Chemistry and Paralegal Studies. After college, she went on to earn her Juris Doctor from the University of Kentucky College of Law.
She knows that people are injured every day through no fault of their own, and insurance companies fight to keep injured people from getting the compensation they deserve. Rachel’s goal is to help make her clients’ lives easier, and her fight against insurance companies and negligent parties shows her passion for what she does.
Rachel wants her clients to feel seen and heard. Hearing their stories and validating their concerns makes Rachel a better advocate for them. To Rachel, clients aren’t just case numbers; they deserve the same time, compassion, and respect as anyone else who has gone through a traumatic experience.
Throughout her career, Rachel has been able to work with a variety of clients across the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Her time in Pike County as a staff attorney for the Circuit Court allowed her to gain a deeper understanding of many of the people that she’s helping.
When she’s not fighting for her clients, Rachel spends time with her husband and watching her stepson play lacrosse and football. Her cat, Mocha, and her dog, Maverick keep her on her toes. Always goal-oriented, Rachel is currently on a mission to run a half-marathon and a marathon in every state across the nation. It gives her the opportunity to travel while helping local charities across the United States.
