Veterans Day – A Salute to Our Heroes

On behalf of our team here at Hughes & Coleman Injury Lawyers, we wanted to thank all members of our community and Nation who have served in the United States Armed Forces! Your commitment and drive to protect our freedoms is more than recognized; we salute you and celebrate your hard-earned accomplishments.

Service members are a very important part of our community and firm. We actually have a few team members who have served across multiple branches, including the National Guard, Army, and Air Force.

Matt Mcfarland – National Guard

Matt is one of our dedicated attorneys and is a Major in the Tennessee National Guard. He has been a part of our team for many years, and we truly appreciate all he has done for our firm and our country! Matt spent his 2021 Christmas Eve deployed, and due to Omicron, could not leave the installation. Instead, he spent it riding a camel, holding a falcon, and watching a Die Hard movie projection on the side of a building.

Although we missed him while he was deployed, we are so happy to have him back and are so thankful for everything he does for us and our clients! Thanks, Matt!

Mark Stamps – United States Air Force

Mark has been with the firm for over three years and works in our IT Department. If we ever have computer problems, he has the solution! Mark served in the United States Air Force for 27 years as a Senior Master Sergeant.

Thank you, Mark, for everything you’ve done to protect our freedoms, and everything you continue to do to keep us up and running and able to assist our clients with their every need!

Toneia Brinkley – United States Army

Toneia has been with the firm for over a year now and is a Legal Assistant in our Nashville office. She assists our clients and our attorneys with many and all needs. She served in the US Army in the early 2000s. Her drive, compassion, and empathy are just a few of the many things we admire about her.

Toneia has done so much for us in the short time she has been here, and we truly thank her for her dedication to our clients, our country and our firm!
